The DTR4 is a complete stand alone phone call recording solution, it does not require the use of a computer or any extra software. Set-up takes less than 5 minutes and it essentially runs on auto pilot when calls are set to record automatically. The DTR4 helps you stay organised, the time/date of each recording is displayed on the LCD screen; alternately each recorded file on the SD card is named in chronological order and stamped with the time/date.
Loop recording ensures that recording is never stopped due to a full memory card; when the memory fills up the newest calls are recorded over the oldest calls on the sd card. The phone number of incoming calls is displayed on the DTR4 LCD screen. Not only can calls be recorded but it can be used as a voice/meeting recorder. You can even set the DTR4 to work as an answering machine.
